With over 15 years of global experience, Brittney tailors each session to meet individual needs, encouraging you to listen to your body and make necessary adjustments.
This class focuses on nurturing your nervous system and enhancing mobility through mindful movement and grounding techniques. You'll flow through accessible postures and breathwork, aiming to release tension and cultivate inner peace. Enjoy a soothing Shavasana with the calming sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl.
After class, you're invited to take a leisurely walk around the estate, connect with nature, and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
In case of inclement weather, we'll move the class indoors.
